Pedestrian Struck on Great Mills Road |

| On the evening of 2/5/2012 just before the Superbowl was set to start Bay District, Lexington Park & St. Mary's ALS Volunteers were alerted to respond to the area of Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad Station 39 for a Motor Vehicle Crash involving a pedestrian. Units from Station 39 quickly arrived on scene with on subject in the roadway. Fire and EMS Crews quickly worked to stabilize the patient and packaged the patient for transport. Further assessment from the ambulance crew determined the patient would be a CAT-A Priority 1 Fly out and requested a helo to the scene.
